2. Course Enrollment

• All course enrollments are subject to availability and acceptance by Clock Designs
• Course fees must be paid in full before accessing course content
• Enrolled students will receive login credentials to access the learning portal
• Course access is granted for the specified duration mentioned at the time of enrollment

3. Payment Terms

• All payments are to be made through UPI or other specified payment methods
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice
• Payment confirmation will be sent via the registered contact details
• Invoice will be generated upon successful payment verification

4. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• To request a refund, visit www.clockdesigns.in/refund with your invoice and UTR number
• Refunds after 24 hours will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, materials, and resources, are the intellectual property of Clock Designs. Students are prohibited from:

• Sharing login credentials with others
• Recording, downloading, or distributing course content
• Using course materials for commercial purposes
• Reproducing content without written permission

6. Student Conduct

Students agree to:

• Maintain respectful communication with instructors and staff
• Not engage in any fraudulent activities
• Keep their account credentials secure
• Report any technical issues or concerns promptly

7. Account Termination

Clock Designs reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the platform. No refund will be provided in case of termination due to violation of terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clock Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the course.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
